Merchandise that was purchased either in whole or in part by redeeming eCTM may not be returned for cash, rather, the connected Triangle Rewards Account will be credited with the same amount of eCTM used to make the original purchase.

Expiration of Electronic Canadian Tire Money

We may expire the eCTM in your Triangle Rewards Account in the event that there has been a period of inactivity of 18 months or more. eCTM can only be collected at Canadian Tire gas bars on fuel purchases.
